1. Ordering Policy

Order Cut-Off: To ensure freshness, all orders for the next morning must be placed before 9:00 PM.
Cut off time : If the order is placed after cut-off time the order will be scheduled for the next available delivery window
Price Fluctuations: Vegetable prices change daily based on the market. The price listed at the time of your order is final.
Minimum Order: We currently have no minimum order value.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery Timing: We aim to deliver between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Please ensure someone is available to collect the bag, or provide instructions to leave it at the door/security.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not home and security does not accept the parcel, we will attempt to contact you twice. If we cannot deliver, the order may be cancelled, but repeated missed deliveries may restrict future COD options.

3. Payment Policy

Modes: We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. ("Our current system isn't configured to authorize credit cards right now," )
Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before 9:00 PM (the previous night).
Since we harvest/buy based on your specific order, cancellations after 9:00 PM are not possible.

Return and Refund Policy

Quality & Return Policy

Check on Delivery: Since vegetables are perishable, we request you to inspect the items immediately upon delivery.
Returns: If you find any item spoiled or damaged, please return it to the delivery partner instantly for a full refund or replacement.
After-Delivery Claims: We cannot accept returns for fresh produce after the delivery person has left, as proper storage is out of our control

* "Refunds for missing or spoiled items will be inspect by us and after that the refund amount will be processed via UPI within 2 hours of delivery, or adjusted in your next bill (customer's choice)."

⏰ Timing: Order before 9:00 PM for morning doorstep delivery between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM.

⚖️ Weight Policy: Natural moisture loss of ±50g may occur during transit. We always pack a little extra to ensure you receive full value.
